Vtg Everready Glaze “Glaz” Oil Auto Lube 1 Gallon Tin Can Gas FULL (SUPER RARE!)

Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. You are bidding on a vintage tin can of Everready Glaz Oil [Positive Lubrication]. The bucket/metal tin/can as super old as it is /is still full. Has metal screw on cap/wire metal flip handle. Can is olive green with Glaz Everready logo insignia in orange. Can Reads “ add to gas G grade”; “reduces heat and wear” “prolongs motor life” “Glaz Oil Products Company—Cleveland,Ohio. “Made in the USA” In my opinion can is attractive for display as it caught my eye in my Dads shop (more about him in the addendum). This can is from his personal collection that he took much pride in. In his records he has this one listed as “very rare” I’m selling as is, I have not attempted to clean or wipe off -the pics you see is how it was upon me getting it for eBay listing. It has signs of wear storage and aging —rust corr browning and dings. There are places of paint losses /does interfere in the reading of text Ie word “lubrication” in center title/circle distortion. There is some denting -note dent on side panel (describer/info panel side) as you will see I noted in photos. . I have only handled in efforts to take pics for this listing-what you see is what you will get. (Have never shipped a can/and or never an item this heavy so also I’d kindly ask if you decide this is the item for you—and you have shipping /safety suggestions please don’t hesitate to message me with any info or ideas as I want you the buyer satisfied you get your buy in the condition I found it in😁

——-background on Listing: My Dads Collection
As stated earlier, it belonged to my Father—here is a little bit about his history:
My dad was a huge soda/advertisement collector (and cards and comics and signs and tobacco items anddddd everything else lol— it’s pretty safe to say he collected anything that he thought somebody would want buy, lol). He traveled all over the US to shows/conventions; he never seen a flea market or yard sale he wouldn’t at least stop at for a few minutes. He spent much time up and down the East Coast- - and if you’ve been a collector in this long, there is a good chance you’ve met or possibly knew him. Dads grander plan was to open his own Collectibles shop and continue buying and selling all of his retirement years. He had one built that he lost in one of the big floods. He regrouped and started again. He finally had a new shop (the 2nd one) built, ready, and had almost filled it with collectibles. The doors never officially open. 😔
Dad unexpectedly passed away with his hopes and dreams never realized. Now all of what I call “Dad’s stuff” is really mine. I am (and have been stuck) in beginning stages of starting to sell items from this collection (I feel like doing so honors his legacy, monetarily it is a blessing to his wife// my mom and i feel he would want me to finish paying off my college debt from some of the money made).
