This is a vintage philco rotating neon clock in great vintage condition. Clocks glass face is in awesome vintage condition with absolutely no cracks or breaks in the glass, the frame and body are in great vintage condition as well. The clock has been tested and keeps time perfectly and the neon light turns right on when plugged in and glows beautifully. The rotating piece behind the glass face also works and rotates.
