United Cutlery UC1424MC Museum Collection Sting Sword Lord Of The Rings LOTR

This is the United Cutlery Museum Collection Sting, numbered 1219/3000. It comes with key and Certificate of Authenticity. While all 3,000 MC Sting swords appear to have been made, only about half were paired with the display case, making the complete set highly sought after.
The case has a few small dings in the wood as shown in the photos. The four corner brackets, lock, hinges, and numbered plate are in great shape. The glass also has no blemishes. There is one small white scratch in the background paper, just to the left of where it says “Lord of the Rings”, near the blade. I’d never noticed it before inspecting just now. The Certificate has a few light creases and marks. I can provide a closer photo.
The sword is Toledo Spring Steel rather than the typical stainless steel of the normal United Cutlery sword line. There are a few marks on the blade here and there which are very difficult to see. I have tried to capture them as best I can for full disclosure but the wide shots speak to how well the sword displays. There is no rust or actual damage spots on the sword, only what I would describe as variations in the finish. It is possible that museum/renaissance wax will remove them.
