wonderful early advertising tip tray
made for O'Hara Dial Co. Waltham, Ma.
They made porcelain watch faces
metal surround w/ ceramic center - w/ transfer portrait of Native American Tribal Chief
the transfer design is hand decorated & believe to be made by Limoges, France
marked on base  "Paris France,O'Hara Dial Co. Waltham. Mass USA" w/ Fleur des Lis design
measures about 2 1/2" at the base , about 4 1/4" across the top
