Japan. Small Truck Plate..

Japanese plate issued after 1998, from Ibaraki Prefecture, with the '100' at top right, showing the plate is
for a private truck with over 2000 cc motor.  The plate is in good/very good order, with some minor scratches around the top left mounting hole.  Please check in the photos.  I've been told this is a rare plate.   Any questions, please feel free to ask.  Postage will be 20$ to anywhere on Planet Earth.  Plate size is 33 x 16.
