Returns or exchanges will NOT be honored without a Return Authorization Number. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Products that are accepted for an exchange or refund must be returned in the original packaging and must be properly secured. The option for exchange or refund will be left up to the buyer. If the product is being returned for a reason that is determined not to be the fault of Jumanoscraft (e.g. customer chose the wrong color) the return will be subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees will be between 15% to 20% depending on the product. If the product is being returned for a reason that is determined to be the fault of Jumanoscraft the return shipping cost will be paid by Jumanoscraft. If the product is being returned for any other reason the return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.
