    ICOM IC-3AT 220MHz Ham radio, Vintage.
    From an Estate sale.
    I put new batteries in and it turns on. When I flip through the frequencies I hear static on all channels but the sound level of static changes on a few of the frequencies. I have never heard anyone transmit on this radio, so I can't say the radio works for sure, or if it is a dead band, or if I am out of range of other radios or repeaters. The static goes dead when the mic button on the radio is pushed, or if the separate mic button is pushed.
    A printed manual comes with the radio.
    Condition is "Used".
