Hunkpapa Sioux Style War Bonnet. Striking and Elegant

Radiating with the spirit of the Great Plains! Now showing our Hunkpapa Sioux Style War bonnet.
Beginning with a Tanned buffalo hide crown, covered entirely in soft white body feathers. A striking head band in traditional yellow white and deep red. A full thirty imitation Eagle feathers heavily plumed with golden horsehair tassels and rabbit fur at the tips. Hanging at the ears, Painted Deer hide in light yellow and blue, with ermine pelts and black feathers. At the top center of the crown, hangs a hand wrapped turkey wing feather.
An XL size crown, with chin and rear straps to tightly fasten to the head. Each Eagle feather extends to a full 14", making this a rather large and regal piece of head regalia. This piece does include the hand carved tripod wood stand. The entire display mounted stands at 46".
