    Description

Most points over about 2 1/2  inches are simply too large for use as arrowheads, the mass of the point would seriously unbalance the arrow in flight. Spears were the most common hunting tool, both throwing and thrusting. The atlatl was developed next, then the bow and arrow. Many points, the right size for arrowheads, simply are in a style that predates the bow and arrow. These smaller points are not cost efficient to sell singly, the price of postage being what it is. So I have made sets of two or three. The quality of the stone, and the workmanship are the same as for my larger points. I hope you find these a welcome addition to your collection of stone blades and projectile points.
Stemmed arrowhead made of Texas flint and eared atlatl point made of Utah agate, both are 1.5 inches.
