Note: Our adjustable disks are not face drilled, only the 6-tapped holes on the side are finished. Holes in face show below are only for explination pourpose.
(As you can see, lower hole has been drilled off center purposely to show importance of indicator marks while the top hole shows the adjustment screw deeply inserted).

will greatly simplify the process of repeatedly dropping your custom charges within the limits of your
Lee Auto Disk Powder Measure.
After drilling for your custom charge, the hole volume can be easily tweaked by rotating the inserted adjustment screw!
The

Detailed 3-page chart
that comes with our disk, shows the drill bit size required for a given hole in cubic centimeters.
To find the proper size drill bit
Multiply your required powder charge grains by the powder VMD you are using.
Locate the number you get in the charts right hand column.
Drill the hole with the corresponding Bit Size in that row.
EXAMPLE
8.5 grains Accurate #5 @ .0623 VMD = .52955
19/64 drill = .510440 = 8.19 grains
5/16 drill = .565590 =9.078 grains
