Antique Vintage 19th Century small Cast Iron ROULETTE GAMING GAMBLING WHEEL - O.J. HURD CLEVELAND.  This is a very cool piece!  It measures 5 1/2 inches tall, 7 inches across the wheel and 5 inches across the base.  The base is signed - PAT PNG O.J. HURD MFR CLEV'D.O.  The wheel spins correctly, it can be removed from the base with a single screw in the middle.  There is a screw at the top that holds a piece of leather for the pointer, currently there is no piece of leather and it will need a replacement one.  Also, one of the small pins that the pointer would hit as it turns is missing.  There are no cracks/chips or repairs on the cast iron.  It does look like it was originally painted black but it has been stripped and painted with a black radiator paint of some sort many years ago.
