Antique Spinning Gambling Greyhound Dog Racing Game

Spinning greyhound dog race game, 11" Dia 7 1/2" high. base made out of wood
with metal dogs. You spin the top and  the lower four dogs would spin.
The other move freely. Not sure how it works, or if is complete.

good condition. a few dogs have some damage. A few dogs loose on the wire.
