    Description

This is a 22" tabletop roulette wheel we date to late '30s or possibly slightly later.  It was manufactured by the H.C. Evans & Co. from Chicago, Ill.  This was the premier high end American gaming machine manufacturer.  You can research this famous company on the web.  The company ceased all operations in the early 50s.  This antique came from an old Wyoming gambling house that belonged to my father.
It features what I've seen described as hand painted cells, over beautiful mahogany.  There are a few paint drops from some nearby painter who wasn't careful enough years ago.  (see middle pic).  I have not tried to remove them tho many tell me it would be easy.  It has been in safe storage for decades and no attempt has been made to recondition it cosmetically though it is in excellent shape as is.  Some would prefer to leave it as is, others to bring it to a further shine.   The table spins with a long spin and smooth purr, though it is sold as an antique only.  Not verified as operational for real play.  A few of the compartment spacers were replaced carefully and correctly.  No ball is included.
Own a real piece of Western gambling history.  Sold as a beautiful antique. Machine is located in, and will ship from Nevada.
